Cyber Law College Introduces CyLawCom Certification Programme

Cyber Law College has been running its courses in Cyber Laws and Techno Legal Cyber Security for some time. It had also  introduced the Concept of Cyber Law Compliance Certification as a need for Companies in another pioneering move.

The relevance of CyLawCom has increased with the introduction of the new ISO 27001 standard and increasing demands for SAS70 and SOX compliance audits. The knowledge of Cyber Laws and the CyLawCom skills are expected to contribute to the performance of an auditor undertaking these audits. The likely introduction of "Reasonable Security Practices" under the amended ITA-2000 will also require professionals who can provide support to companies in implementing such practices.

The details of the scheme and the logic behind this programme are available in the several articles available on this site.

The concept of Cyber Law Compliancy Certification is born with the belief that Cyber Law Non Compliance has been behind the problems of Companies such as Napster, Elcomsoft, Radiant Software and many others and the existing quality certifications including CMM and Six Sigma are not tailored to meet the needs of Cyber Law Compliance Examination.

All programmes of Cyber Law College are already oriented towards E-Business support and this latest initiative will open up new avenues of employment to Cyber Law aware technology people.
