Qualification Examination for "Certified CyLawCom Examiner"
Prospectus

" CyLawCom Examiner" is a person certified so by Cyber Law
College after a successful completion of the examination conducted for the
purpose. This is an open examination conducted from time to time. There is no
mandatory bench mark entry qualification for taking the examination. The
examination consists of two papers of 3 hours each.
The
prescribed syllabus on which the examination is conducted is provided below.

Cyber Law College conducts a course titled "Advanced
Certificate Course in Cyber Laws- Elective Information Security, with the same syllabus as above. It is recommended
that the students who want to appear for the qualification exam for being
"Certified CyLawCom Examiners" go through this course. However it is not
mandatory for any student to first take up the certificate course before taking
up the examination.

Who should take this Examination?
This Examination is meant for professionals who would
like to specialize in Cyber Security. In particular, Chartered Accountants,
Company Secretaries, Lawyers and other non IT students will find this course the
ideal ground to take up a career in CyLawCom consultancy and audit.
Entry Criteria:
This is an open examination and any person can
take the examination.
Before taking up the examination, students are requested to study the syllabus
and decide.

How the Exam is Conducted:
From January 2007, the CyLawCom Examination will be conducted
online.
Examination will be held with individual online sessions for the
candidate on a pre arranged schedule.
Examination will be on objective type of questions. Time
allotted is 90 minutes.
Generally examination will be held at the end of each quarter.

Admission Procedure:
At the time of registration, prospective students have to
make the payment of the Examination along with the full particulars of the
Student such as his/her Name, Address, Qualification etc. For detailed procedure

Tests
Online tests would be
administered to the candidates preparatory for the final examination.
Fees:
The fees for appearing for CyLawCom examination from 2007
would be as follows:
For present ACCL
Students: Rs 6000/-
For Others : Rs 10,000/-
Re-examination fee is Rs
2000/-
P.S: CyLawCom Examination is an open
examination. Direct applicants will be provided with a copy of the study material . Students who go through Advanced
Certificate in Cyber Laws will already have the written material as part
of the course.
